How much is it going to cost me to buy a house?

The real answer is it depends! There are a lot of factors that play into what buying a home might cost you. Depending if you are taking out a loan or pay cash will make a huge difference. If you are utilizing a lender, your down payment could range from 3.5%-20% down. There are additional cost equaling 1-2%. What is an option period?

The option period is the first 7-10 days of the contract where you can back out for any reason. During this time we will do the inspection & negotiate repairs with the seller.

What is earnest money for?

Think of the earnest money as a deposit! It is typically 1-2% of the price of the home. This check is held at the title company until closing. I’ll protect it in the contract to ensure you get this as a credit at closing.

How do I get started?
